A FREE annual event — a reading of the adapted children's book for adults, Die Hard, with photo ops, charity, and new surprises every year. Started in 2019, this event gets bigger every holiday season.
For the first time, it's a double feature! Come experience our entirely original adaptation of Lethal Weapon, “Wreathal Weapon”, turned into a Christmas children's book for adults (?!) followed by the one and only, the ORIGINAL reading of Die Hard.
Sit on the floor, feel like a kid again, and bring your tank tops. Take your picture inside an air duct and find out what a TV dinner feels like. Get Twinkies thrown at you. Smoke 'em if you got 'em. Please understand this is a free event taking place at a smaller venue. Seating is first come, first served until The Easy Inn reaches full capacity.

We doubled the size of the original book with new pages. Then we went and adapted Lethal Weapon into an entirely original Christmas kids-book for adults. Come for the double feature.

A FREE ANNUAL EVENT
Started in 2019, this thing gets bigger every holiday season. Here's the deal.
ALL NIGHT
Be a bigger hero than John McClane. Cross-Lines was established in 1963 as “a place of hope” for people facing the hardships of poverty. The organization serves as a community safety net, providing direct assistance to at-risk families, older adults, and individuals struggling to make ends meet.
MOST-NEEDED ITEMS: cereal, dish soap, canned fruit, canned vegetables, soup, rice, and pasta. Bring it.
ALL NIGHT
Climb inside the air duct. Find out what a TV dinner feels like. Get the photo, dodge the Twinkies, and take the evidence home.
7:00 PM
Special guest hosts seize the Nakatomi airwaves with questions covering Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, and every gloriously unnecessary detail in between. Know your Gruber from your Riggs and you could walk away with special prizes.
8:00 PM
Riggs. Murtaugh. Tinsel. Our entirely original Lethal Weapon adaptation arrives as a Christmas children's book for adults.
9:00 PM
The original reading returns. Sit on the floor, feel like a kid again, and heckle responsibly.
10:00 PM
When the readings wrap, the mic opens. Stick around for karaoke, questionable song choices, and one final office Christmas party decision.
Smoke 'em if you got 'em. New surprises every year.
